In Dirty environments luminaires quickly accumulate a lot of dust which will results in a significant decrease of the available light output while

the level of energy consumption remains the same, a significant decline of the luminaire efficiency is the result.

Due to the type of the accumulated dust, the maintenance manager will have two options as below:

Option 1. Clean the luminaires every 1 or 2 years for the optic.

Solution from DUALRAYS: Due to DUALRAYS smooth PMMA lens design this task is done easily and quickly.

Option 2. Exchange the lens because cleansing is not possible anymore.

Solution from DUALRAYS: the operation takes 2 minutes and requires a Phillips (Crosshead) screwdriver only.

Double the initial lifespan

For LED luminaire, driver is the weakest component, we use brand driver with high quality,which provides a life span of 58.000

hours (L80/B10), which is only 50% of the LEDs lifespan (93 000 hours).

It takes less than 3 minutes to exchange the driver (after 50.000 hours)with a simple Phillips (crosshead) screwdriver. With this
