RE: For the F4 Series LED flood light,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What is colour temperature?

RE: Dualrays‘ LED lighting offer lamps in warm white, natural white,pure white and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is,
the warmer the light given by the LED:

Warm white = 3000±200K

Natural white = 4000±200K

Pure white = 5000±200K

Cool white = 5700±200K

Q3: What is the Lead time?

RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.
